VIDEO: Wehrli Objects to “Fast-Track” Approach to Passage of Minimum Wage Bill

In a party-line vote before the House Labor & Commerce Committee on Wednesday, House Democrats recommended approval of SB01, which seeks to increase the Illinois minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2025. He also urged colleagues to slow the process down so that problems with the bill could be addressed.
